Working With Smart People Is Actually My Forte….!!
I think I’ve always known this about myself:
I genuinely enjoy working with smart and intellectual people.
People who think fast.
People who ask good questions.
People who see details others miss.
People who can challenge ideas without making things personal.
That kind of environment excites me.
For me, conversations become more alive. Meetings become meaningful. Even simple discussions can suddenly open a completely new perspective.
And honestly, I learn the fastest in rooms like that.
Working with intelligent people naturally pushes me to become sharper too.
I become more prepared.
I think deeper before speaking.
I learn how to explain ideas more clearly.
I learn how to solve problems instead of avoiding them.
It’s not even forced growth.
It just happens naturally when you are surrounded by capable minds.
I also realized something important along the way:
Healthy competition is actually good.
When you work with high-level people, of course there is a part of you that wants to improve too. I think that motivation is healthy.
Not from jealousy.
Not from insecurity.
But from self-respect.
Like quietly telling yourself:
“I know I can become better too.”
And I love that energy.
That’s also why I honestly find it strange when some people feel threatened by competition.
To me, if someone immediately sees competition as danger, insecurity, or personal attack… sometimes it simply shows they are not confident enough in their own capability yet.
Because intelligent people usually understand this:
competition is not always about defeating others.
Sometimes competition is simply:
pushing each other to grow raising the standard together bringing out the best performance from everyone
And that is healthy.
At the same time, I also realize something else very clearly:
Working with the wrong people can be extremely draining.
Not people who are still learning.
Not people who lack experience.
But people who refuse to think.
People who reject growth.
People who create drama instead of solutions.
People who are lazy to understand but still argue about everything.
People who constantly talk badly about others because deep inside they already feel defeated.
People who keep playing victim while spreading negative energy everywhere they go.
That kind of environment is exhausting.
Because instead of creating ideas, you end up managing chaos.
Instead of building progress, you waste energy protecting your peace.
And honestly, I’ve learned that intelligence is not only about knowledge.
It’s also about:
self-awareness emotional control willingness to grow and the ability to bring good energy into a room
I truly value people who can think deeply, communicate clearly, stay humble enough to keep learning… and also show real results.
Because nowadays, many people talk big.
Many people want to sound smart.
But for me, actions and real proof matter more.
Can you execute?
Can you deliver?
Can you create actual impact?
That’s the difference.
Real intelligence eventually shows itself through consistency, results, and the way someone handles life and challenges.
And honestly, those are the kind of people I genuinely respect and enjoy being around.
